Terms and Conditions – HoliStays Vacation Rentals

Welcome to HoliStays. By using our website and booking any of our vacation homes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully before making a reservation.

1. About HoliStays

HoliStays specializes in short-term vacation rentals in the Disney area. We offer a curated portfolio of fully furnished homes, ideal for families and groups looking for space, comfort, and flexibility during their stay. Our team provides full support before, during, and after your trip.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. Reservation Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email with your reservation number.

2.2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following methods:

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

Wire Transfer or Zelle (for direct bookings made with our team)

PayPal (available upon request)

Note: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a split payment option is agreed upon in advance.

2.3. Final Price

All prices shown on our website are final and include cleaning fees, resort fees, and applicable taxes. Optional extras such as pool heating, BBQ grill, or early check-in are not included unless specifically selected during checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Each listing follows the cancellation policy displayed on the property's page at the time of booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to review these terms before confirming the reservation.

3.2. Credit Card Processing Fees

If a refund is due and the booking was paid by credit card, a non-refundable processing fee (typically between 3% and 7%) will be deducted from the refund. These fees are charged by the payment processor and are non-recoverable.

3.3. Wire or Zelle Refunds

Refunds via wire transfer or Zelle (when applicable) will be processed in full unless a service was already delivered or activated (e.g., pool heating, early check-in, etc.).

4. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: From 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed one day prior, depending on availability. If the guest wishes to guarantee early arrival or extended departure in advance, an additional fee will apply. Contact our team to request a quote.

5. House Rules

By booking with HoliStays, you agree to the following:

No parties or events allowed

No unauthorized guests beyond the maximum occupancy

No smoking inside the property

No pets allowed unless the listing is marked as pet-friendly

Violations may result in penalties and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

6. Extras & Damages

Extras such as pool heating, BBQ grill, baby gear, or mid-stay cleaning must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay. Charges will be applied to the payment method on file or through the platform where the reservation was made.

7. Weather Events & Natural Disasters

In case of hurricanes or other natural disasters, HoliStays will follow the cancellation policy of the platform used to book (Airbnb, Booking.com, HoliStays website, etc.). Full refunds will only be issued if:

The property is directly affected

There is an official evacuation order

Fear of weather or trip changes not caused by property conditions do not qualify for refunds beyond the policy stated at the time of booking.

8. Property Changes by HoliStays

In the rare case that a property becomes unavailable due to maintenance issues or other unforeseen circumstances, HoliStays will:

Offer a comparable or upgraded home at no extra cost

If no alternative is available, issue a full refund

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is used strictly for operational purposes and is never shared with third parties unless legally required. We value your privacy and protect your information using secure technologies.
