3. If you need a crib in the unit: please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

6. Objects: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

7. Online shopping: We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.

8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

9. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

10. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Jacuzzi: Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00

12. Furniture and utensils: Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.

If a guest is found smoking on the property, they will be contacted and informed about the charges related to cleaning and deodorizing the property and all items (e.g., carpets, furniture, curtains, etc.). These charges will be applied to the credit card on file for the reservation. There will be a minimum charge of $350.

PARTIES: Hosting parties is strictly prohibited in the property without written consent via email from Best Price Vacation Homes. Failure to comply will result in a fine ranging from $1,500, and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

PETS POLICY: To ensure the comfort of other guests and help maintain hygienic accommodations, pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet without prior authorization, a non-refundable fee of $500.00 per pet will be charged to your credit card, in addition to any damages caused by the pet.

POOL HEATER:

1-Cost: $40 per day.

2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.
