The unit includes 2 parking spaces in front and access to amenities such as a heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, beach volleyball court, sports court, and a restaurant. It is ideally located near US-192, offering plenty of entertainment options like cinemas, restaurants, water parks, and shopping centers. 6. Objects and belongings: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

7. Online shopping: We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.

8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

9. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. PARKING: Parking is free.

Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort. Street parking is not pemitted. Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense. Some extra parking spots may be available for guests on Oakview Dr, Oakrise Lp, Oakmoss Loop, Oak Grn Lp, and Broak Oak drive. Keep in mind that these spots are not reserved and may not be available.

Limit of 5 cars per house.

SMOKING: Smoking any type of cigarette, vape, or similar inside or in the areas of the house, including the balconies, is not permitted in any property managed by Best Price Vacation Homes at any time. Oil lamps and incense are not allowed due to the long-lasting odor. If a guest is found smoking on the property, they will be contacted and informed about the charges related to cleaning and deodorizing the property and all items (e.g., carpets, furniture, curtains, etc.). These charges will be applied to the credit card on file for the reservation. There will be a minimum charge of $350.

PARTIES: Hosting parties is strictly prohibited in the property without written consent via email from Best Price Vacation Homes. Failure to comply will result in a fine ranging from $1,500, and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

PETS POLICY:To ensure the comfort of other guests and help maintain hygienic accommodations, pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet without prior authorization, a non-refundable fee of $500.00 per pet will be charged to your credit card, in addition to any damages caused by the pet.

POOL HEATER:

1-Cost: $50 per day.

2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 48h in advance.

5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Solterra Resort Pool Policy:

1. The operating hours are from 9:00AM TO 9:00PM, unless closed due to thunder, lightning, or repairs.

2. Age requirement for waterslides: All riders of the waterslide are required to be at least 36″ (3 ft) to ride.

3. Towels are not provided by Solterra Resort Resort Welcome Center – All persons using the pool must bring their own towels

4. No running, pushing or boisterous play is permitted on the pool deck.

5. Pets are not allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.

6. Persons with open sores, cuts, or communicable diseases will not be allowed into the pool.

7. Diapered age children MUST wear swimmers and rubber pants in the pool.

8. Food or drinks must be kept a minimum of 10 feet away from the pool edge.

9. Floats may only be used if not creating a nuisance for other bathers.

Solterra Resort Recreation Area Policy:

1. Owners and guests shall have the right to use the Courts at any time during operating hours, 8:00AM until 10:00PM.

2. Lights will be accessible via a timer and can be set for one hour intervals.

3. No food will be permitted on the courts. Courts are not to be used for any purpose other than to conduct a game of that specific sport.

4. Court attire shall consist of: tennis shorts, shirts and/or appropriate warm-up suits and skirts for women. Under no circumstances will owners and guests be permitted to play bare-chested.

5. Sporting equipment available in the Welcome Center. A small cash deposit and rental fee will be required at checkout to insure against damage or loss.

6. If equipment is not returned, deposits will be forfeited.

Welcome Kit: Upon arrival, guests will find: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. In the kitchen, there are 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 roll of paper towels. In the laundry room, 2 laundry detergent packets are provided.

Please note that wash cloths are not provided due to hygiene concerns.

Shopping Recommendation: For stays longer than 2 days, it's advisable to visit a nearby Walmart for additional cleaning and bathing supplies.

Towels and Bedding: Each bathroom is equipped with bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests the house accommodates. All beds are supplied with sheets, duvets, and pillows.

Housekeeping: There is no replacement of linens and towels during your stay. Each house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

POOL HEATER: The pool heater operates through a heat exchange system and may not function effectively near freezing temperatures. Pool heating is optional and available at most properties for an additional charge of $35 USD per night, requiring a minimum of 3 consecutive days with a 2-day advance request. Please note, pool heating requests made after 3 PM will take effect the next day, and it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the set temperature of 85F - 90F. No refunds will be issued for pool heating due to inclement weather. The pool heater pump includes a safety system to prevent overheating and may temporarily shut off in cold weather.

Propane Gas Grill Rules: A fixed fee of $65.00 covers the entire stay for the use of the barbecue, including post-checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): Packages can be sent to the home during your stay and will be left at the doorstep. Note: USPS deliveries are not accepted as they do not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will deliver to the doorstep.

ITEMS OR BELONGINS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

1.The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.

I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.

2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
