Important Information:

- The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must have a valid driver's license for access to the community. Keyless entry for your convenience, with the door code provided before your check-in date. The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.

- Pool/tub heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and must be requested for your entire reservation. *Request must be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested. Pool have integrated jacuzzi, there are no way to heat only the Jacuzzi, whole pool must be heated.

- A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.

- Enjoy delicious BBQ meals with our Gas Propane BBQ. We offer a BBQ extra service, including post-use cleaning and propane gas refill for $100 (plus taxes) upon request prior to check-in.

- Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

- If you need a pack-n-play or highchair, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to provide them as a courtesy.
