> No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.
> No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our home. We want to keep the space allergen-free for all guests.
> Guests: Only those listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. If you wish to invite additional people during your stay, please inform us in advance.

House was fairly clean, needed to be walked through before we got there. But worth the close driver to disney.

Villa great, communication not great
The villa was lovely and would have definitely stayed there again, it was close enough to everything, games room in villa was good too, pool was a good size and villa was a good size
The communication with the owner/agent wasn't good, sent messages through booking.com and on private message to the number I got given and was lucky if I had a reply in 5 days, a piece of the netting had come away from the roof over the pool and the side of the pool I asked for this to get fixed to stop anything coming in but it took them a few days to reply and someone did come out and cut it off and just left the big hole (it wasn't fixed why we was there) the pool wasn't cleaned once in the 17 days we was there, I found cockroaches and sent pictures and asked could they get someone to come spray and that never happened either, there was a hole in the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom which let water in I messaged them about this and never got a reply, communication was bad I did say this to them they appoligised but it carried on.
