Villa De Tommaso is located in Solterra Resort, Florida, and close to several attractions being less than thirty minutes away from Walt Disney World. * POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost OF $ 50 with a minimum required of 7 sequential days. Must be informed 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. - Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. Must be required 48 hours prior to the check-in date. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. * No wash cloths provided. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. **Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee - One time fee per house per reservation : 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests = $45
-> This amazing villa will be able to comfortably accommodate up to thirteen guests with five bedrooms and five bathrooms and is a marvelous property. -> Solterra Resort is a magnificent and gated resort community with fantastic amenities including a 5600 square foot clubhouse, a beautiful resort pool complete with waterslide and lazy river to float down and access to poolside cabanas. There is a twenty-four-hour fitness room and gym for all your workout needs, tennis and volleyball courts and a playground and recreational area for kids to enjoy. -> This property has built in air conditioning and central heating, free high-speed WI-FI internet and cable television. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code. -> Villa De Tommaso has several areas to highlight including your own private pool and hot tub which can be heated for an extra fee. There is also a games room with a foosball table, air hockey table and dartboard The first floor has a total of two bedrooms. -> Bedrooms first floor: - Bedroom 1: Master suite has a queen-size - private bathroom. - Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed. -> Bedrooms second floor: - Bedroom 3: king-sized bed. - Bedroom 4: Minions theme with a twin bed and toddler bed - Bedroom 5: Mickey theme with two full sized beds. ->Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of thirty-five ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date. Note: A one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged based on the number of guests. For 1-12 guests, the fee is $35, and for 13+ guests, it's $45. This fee covers a Resort Access Card (max 2 cards per party) for pool entry. Only credit/debit cards are accepted. -> Maximum of 5 cars are allowed inside the resort ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below: • Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am. • There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable. • There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable. • Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable. • Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty • Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
