We rented Matteus’s home for our semi-annual family vacation. With 13 people it’s difficult to find a place that has adequate space for relaxing and comfortably sleeps the whole crew, but Matteus’s place delivered on these fronts. The location is private and peaceful, away from the bustle of Disney but still very accessible by car or Uber. The community water park provided a nice escape kids and adults alike on “down days,” and the in-home game room provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Getting into the property originally proved challenging as the gated community is very secure, so be sure all adults are registered with security before arrival. While the home was as-advertised, our group found the amenities (towels, dishes, silverware) inadequate for our 13 guests. However, a nearby Walmart helped fill the gaps. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend for a large group valuing space and proximity to Disney and Universal.
